Request for RM520N Firmware with Ethernet PDU Support and Usage Guide

Dear Quectel Support Team,

I am currently working with the Quectel RM520N module and would like to enable Ethernet PDU support on the device.

Could you please provide:

  1. The appropriate firmware version that supports Ethernet PDU functionality for the RM520N module
  2. Any related release notes (if available)
  3. A configuration guide or application note explaining how to enable and use Ethernet PDU mode
  4. Relevant AT commands or example configurations

Additionally, please let me know if there are any hardware, driver, or software prerequisites required to use Ethernet PDU mode.

Hi,
I’m also working with the RM520N-GL to verify an Ethernet PDU session with our network. Could you please share the firmware version you’re using and any documentation or notes on how to establish the PDU session?

Current firmware used is: RM520NGLAAR01A08M4G
