Request for RG520F-JO Standard Firmware and EDL Recovery Package

Dear Quectel Support Team,

I have a Jio JODU52240 ODU powered by the RG520F-JO (Qualcomm SDX65) module.

The device is currently stuck in Qualcomm EDL 9008 mode after a failed firmware operation.

I can successfully detect the device through Qualcomm Sahara protocol, and its hardware ID is:

HW ID: 0x001610e100000000
MSM ID: 0x001610e1
OEM PK Hash: ec72048bcc2cf74572390267a432d06a5183fc4efdc1281f0b0cfffa156346215c45c896a4ed941be61027ad69156d18

Could you please provide:
Standard RG520F-JO firmware compatible with JODU52240.
Official EDL recovery package.

Compatible signed Firehose programmer.
Required rawprogram and patch XML files.
Official QFlash/QFirehose utility and recovery instructions.
Confirmation of compatibility between standard RG520F-JO firmware and the JODU52240 hardware.

If the device is signed by manufacture, it can’t flash standard firmware version.
It is recommended to contact JODU for support.

Thank you for the clarification.

I understand that the device has manufacturer-specific signing, so standard Quectel firmware cannot be flashed directly.

However, my JODU52240 is currently stuck in Qualcomm EDL 9008 mode and cannot boot into Fastboot or the normal operating system.
Could you please clarify:

Can JODU provide the original signed firmware specifically for the JODU52240 (RG520F-JO)?

Is there an official EDL recovery package, including a compatible signed Firehose programmer?

I am not looking to bypass the manufacturer’s security. I simply want to restore the device to its original working firmware.
