Request for M95FA Firmware, QFlash, FlashTool and CoolWatcher Plz

Hello Quectel Support Team,

I am working with a Quectel M95FA module.

Current firmware:

  • M95FAR01A04

I also have another identical module running:

  • M95FAR02A08

I would like to upgrade my M95FA from M95FAR01A04 to M95FAR02A08 (or the latest compatible firmware).

Could you please provide the following files?

  1. Latest compatible firmware for M95FA (preferably M95FAR02A08 or newer).

  2. QFlash tool compatible with the M95.

  3. FlashTool for the M95 platform.

  4. CoolWatcher / CoolTools-Win32 package.

  5. Firmware Upgrade Guide.

  6. Flash Data Readback Guide (if available).

I already have the required USB-to-UART interface (CP2102) and I would also like to know if it is possible to back up (read back) the firmware from my working M95FA module before performing the upgrade.
