Request for latest Standard Firmware: SC668S-EM-R01-DS

Dear Quectel Support Team,

I am writing to request the latest standard firmware for the SC668S-EM-R01-DS module.

I am an end-user of an Android automotive head unit that uses this specific module. Unfortunately, the technician/shop that installed the unit has permanently closed, and I am unable to receive support from them.

Device Information:

  • Model: SC668S-EM-R01-DS (Smart LTE Cat 4)
  • Current System Version: 20230911-215456W
  • Hardware Version: V16-SC668S-EM-R01-DS
  • MCU Version: 2023-09-16 18:30 STA_GT
    I can provide the IMEI via private message if needed.

Could you please provide a download link for the latest standard firmware and, if possible, the tool required for a USB firmware upgrade?

Please provide the IMEI1 number and we can provide the link for firmware and tool.
But we need to explain that with our Quectel firmware the module can boot but the LCD and other function for the car may not work. As it is customized by the car vendor.
