Request for latest RM500U-CN firmware (R03.05.00.00 or newer) supporting 5G SA

Dear Quectel support team,

I’m using the Quectel RM500U-CN module (firmware version: RM500U_RM500UCNAA_BR0_R03.03.017).

Please kindly share the latest firmware package (R03.05.00.00 or newer) which supports 5G SA mode, including the QFlash tool and release notes.

My current setup:

  • Module: RM500U-CN
  • Host OS: Windows 10 x64
  • Interface: USB (RNDIS/MBIM)
  • Network: Viettel (Vietnam)

I would appreciate if you can provide the official download link or send it via private message.

Sorry, it seems like a customized firmware, I can’t get firmware for this.
Please contact with your supplier to get the latest.
