I have an RG501Q-EU running firmware RG501QEUAAR12A11M4G_04.201.04.201. The internet connection intermittently stops working after several hours. During one outage, rmnet_data0 kept its IP address and default route, but its RX counter stopped increasing while TX continued. Restarting the modem restored the connection. I have also experienced an unexpected reboot.
The device uses an RTL8125 Ethernet interface with IPA offload. Disabling offload reduced performance, but I have not confirmed whether offload causes the connection issue.
Could you please send the latest official firmware compatible with my module to yudhadimas06@gmail.com? I would also appreciate the upgrade and recovery instructions, release notes, and any information about fixes for IPA or data-connection stalls. I can provide the IMEI and serial number privately if needed.
