Request for Latest Generic Firmware – RG520F-JO

Hello Quectel Support Team,

I have a Quectel RG520F-JO 5G module.

I am facing serious network compatibility and stability issues with the current firmware. Most SIM cards are not working with the module, and the SIM cards that do work have an unstable internet connection. The network connection frequently drops or becomes unstable.

Because of these issues, I would like to request the latest standard/generic firmware for RG520F-JO.

I understand that RG520FJOAAR05A04M4G is the latest generic firmware for RG520F-JO. Please provide me with the compatible firmware package and the required QFlash tool/instructions.

I would also appreciate it if you could confirm whether this firmware provides standard/global network compatibility and whether it can resolve SIM compatibility and network stability issues.

Your module is customized project, it is not recommended to flash standard firmware.
Where did you buy this? Is it a CPE?
It is recommended to contact with your supplier.
