I have a Quectel RG502Q-EA module installed in my device (MikroTik Chateau 5G ax).
I would like to request the latest official firmware version: RG502QEAAAR13A03M4G_02.004.02.004.
Please provide the download link and the QFlash tool if necessary.
I have already installed the latest version, Reason for request for firmware the modem consistently reports a CFUN=7 status, indicating that the radio module is disabled.
I have performed diagnostics using AT commands:
AT+CFUN? → +CFUN: 7
AT+CPIN? → +CPIN: READY
AT+CGSN → IMEI successfully returned (valid format).
ATI → Reports correct model: RG502Q-EA with firmware version RG502QEAAAR13A03M4G.
Attempts to manually enable the radio function using AT+CFUN=1 result in +CME ERROR: phone failure.
Despite the SIM card being recognized and the IMEI being valid, the modem remains stuck in CFUN=7.
Given that the latest available firmware is already installed,
please advise whether this issue can be resolved,
or if I should proceed through the seller Because the device was bought a couple days ago and was supplied out of the box with this problem.
I haven’t QCN backup, as I didn’t modify or update the modem.
It was already in this condition. I will contact the supplier for recovery.
Thank you for your help.
