What is the current firmware version is?
Or what is the IMEI on the Quectel module?
Which OS would you try with the Quectel modem? Linux or Windows.

How to perform network scans in 5G SA and NSA modes without SIM card?
I have already procured RM510GL module.

By default it supports the SA and NSA.
Please check the AT manual.
Please check the chapter about
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“mode_pref”

For 4G module, AT+QCOPS works.

We need same functionality for 5G SA & NSA (i.e Network Scan)

The AT+QNWPREFCFG=“mode_pref” is not related to network scan, I guess.
