Request for IMEI Repair Assistance and Backup Firmware (Firehose) for RM500U-EA (AX3000) Module

I am currently working with the RM500U-EA module (used in the AX3000 device) and need assistance with IMEI repair. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the required Firehose file (prog_firehose_x55.mbn) or any backup firmware.

Could anyone kindly provide:

  1. Guidance or a step-by-step tutorial on how to perform IMEI repair on this module?

  2. The specific Firehose file compatible with RM500U-EA (AX3000) for use with QPST/QFIL or similar tools?

  3. Any backup firmware files or links that could help in the repair process?

I appreciate any help or pointers from experienced members or Quectel staff. Thank you in advance!

RM500U is Unisoc platform, it don’t use Firehose and prog_firehose_x55.mbn.
What did you with your device? Flash wrong firmware?

No, this device will come to me from abroad, I need to repair the IMEI, is it possible?
