Hi,@HS_support
It seems that everything is normal according to the log you provided.

NO, its not, You can see there is “NOCONN” in servingcell at command.

Hi,@HS_support
NOCONN means UE is camping on a cell and has registered on the network, and it is in idle mode.

But still i am not able to make ping request. problem is with internet connectivity.

Hi,@HS_support
If you want to send a ping request, please dial up to access the Internet first and use the following commands:

AT+QNETDEVCTL=1,1,1

Getting this error

AT+QNETDEVCTL=1,1,1
+CME ERROR: 50
AT+CREG?
+CREG: 2,1,"3006","6104901",7

Hi,@HS_support
Please try to type it manually instead of directly copying. Make sure all characters are in English.

Yes, I even tried typing this command manually, but still getting the same error. Only facing this issue with jio 4g network only, airtel is working fine.

Hi,@HS_support
Please try the firmware that I sent to you via email and see if it can solve this problem.

Updated the shared firmware, Now able to get reply for QNETDEVCTL, but internet is still not working.

Hi,@HS_support
Can you try “AT+QPING=?”,If it still returns ERROR, it indicates that the current version of the firmware does not support this command.

The JIO carrier only supports IPv6.
Pls try
AT+QPING=1,“2001:4860:4860::8888”

Thanks, This is working with the latest firmware.
