Hello Quectel Support,

I have a MikroTik LHG LTE18 kit device with an EG18-EA modem. The modem currently runs firmware EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.300.01.300 and is unable to register on any mobile network in my region due to the regional lock (MCC 250).

  • Current firmware: EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.300.01.300

  • Device: MikroTik LHG LTE18 kit (LHGG LTE18 kit)

Could you please provide the firmware EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.201.01.201 for downgrade via DFOTA so I can restore modem functionality?
