Request for Debugging and Log Capture Tools (CoolTools, ArmTracer, GDB)

Dear Quectel Support Team,
I am currently working on a project involving Quectel modules and would like to request access to the following tools for debugging and log analysis purposes:

  1. cooltools-win32_custom_P3.R2.0.0005.7z – AP log capture tool (installation-free)
  2. ArmTracer_V6.2.4_User.7z – CP log capture tool (installation-free)
  3. gdb-win32_custom_P3.R2.0.0005.7z – Dump analysis tool

These tools are essential for analyzing system behavior and debugging modem-related issues effectively.

Could you please provide the download links or share the required files? If any NDA or account credentials are needed, I’m happy to proceed accordingly.

Recently i bought BG95-M3 board from aliexpress. But can not find free coolwatcher/cooltools for 8910 RDA chip. Can i get it from Quectel ?

Don’t know if this is the best way to ask for software requirements, I too am in need of these 2 softwares( ‘cooltools-win32_custom_P3.R2.0.0005.7z’ and ‘gdb-win32_custom_P3.R2.0.0005.7z’) I searched download zone and resources for quectel yet i don’t know if that would be compatible with my device. BTW I’m using ‘Quectel EC200U-eu Revision: EC200UEUAAR03A16M08’. I would appreciate it if you could help me as well. Thanks!

Cooltools is not applicable to BG95M3. It requires the use of Qwinlog or Qualcomm’s QXDM.

Thank you for the file which you sent me, I asked for two applications, ‘cooltools-win32_custom_P3.R2.0.0005.7z’ and ‘gdb-win32_custom_P3.R2.0.0005.7z’, but i only was able to find the link to the first one, Could you also send me ‘gdb-win32_custom_P3.R2.0.0005.7z’? Thank you

GDB? Could you provide more information? Where did you know about GDB?
