Hi Support Team,
I am looking for the standard generic firmware (PAC file) and FDL boot files for a 5G module that appears to be based on the Quectel RG500U (Unisoc V510 / UDX710 platform).
The Issue: The module is currently stuck in a boot loop or diagnostic mode. It briefly shows up as SPRD U2S Diag (VID_1782 & PID_4056) but does not initialize the AT Command interface.
Why I can’t provide the current Firmware Version: Because the AT port is not becoming active, I cannot run AT+QGMR or ATI to query the current version string. I am effectively locked out of the serial interface.
Module Details:

- Chipset: Unisoc V510 (UDX710)
- Hardware ID: USB\VID_1782&PID_4056
Could you please provide the generic/standard firmware (Flashable via ResearchDownload/UpgradeDownload tool) so I can attempt to unbrick and recover this module to a working state?
