I need the official firmware package for a Quectel EC25-EU modem installed in a Teltonika RUT955.
Current modem firmware:
EC25EUGAR06A03M4G_01.003.01.003
The modem is currently stuck in Factory Test Mode and shows:
AT+QRFTESTMODE? → +QRFTESTMODE: 1
AT+CFUN? → +CFUN: 5
AT+CSQ → +CSQ: 99,99
AT+QENG="servingcell" → SEARCH
AT+CPIN? → READY
AT+GSN → +CME ERROR: 23
AT+QRFTESTMODE=0 → +CME ERROR: 0
The SIM card is correctly detected, but the modem cannot register on the mobile network and the IMEI cannot currently be read.
Could you please provide the official EC25-EU firmware package, preferably:
EC25EUGAR06A11M4G_01.200.01.200
or advise which firmware version is appropriate for upgrading/recovering my current EC25EUGAR06A03M4G_01.003.01.003?
The Teltonika router also supports Quectel DFOTA, so if available, I would appreciate the DFOTA firmware package compatible with this upgrade path.
Important: I would like to preserve the original factory NV/QCN/calibration data and IMEI. Please advise whether a firmware reflash/DFOTA is appropriate for recovering this modem from CFUN=5 / QRFTESTMODE=1, or whether another official recovery procedure is required.
