Request ag35e firmware - LTE Not Working on LG U+ (Korea)

Hello

I have a problem with proceed with the OTA provisioning. Here’s what I did, problem, and require

1. Background & Objective

  • Module: Quectel AG35e

  • Network: LG U+ (South Korea)

  • Objective: M2M eSIM OTA Provisioning (via BIP) using LG U+ SM-DP+ server.

  • Reference Document: “Quectel SIM OTA Provisioning Process for Korea Network”

2. Current Status (Network & Bootstrap OK) We have successfully attached to the LG U+ Bootstrap network. The hardware and network configurations are completely fine.

  • AT+CIMI returns 450069115360647 (Pseudo IMSI successfully read).

  • AT+CGDCONT? confirms the APN is correctly set to ota.lguplus.co.kr.

  • AT+CEREG? returns +CEREG: 0,1.

  • AT+CGPADDR=1 returns a valid IP (10.14.235.1).

  • LG U+ has confirmed that the operational profile is ready on their SM-DP+ server.

3. Problem & Symptoms Even though the network is perfectly ready, we cannot proceed with the OTA provisioning because the firmware does not recognize the STK/OTA commands.

  • With FW AG35EVDR08A03T4G:

    • AT+QCFG="stk" → returns ERROR

    • AT+QCOTA → returns ERROR

  • With FW AG35EVDR08A19T4G (Provided recently by support):

    • The STK and QCOTA commands STILL return ERROR.

    • Furthermore, this firmware breaks the basic network connection (AT+CEREG? returns 0,4 instead of 0,1).

4. Our Request We DO NOT need the latest “Global Standard” firmware. We specifically need the LG U+ Custom Firmware that explicitly supports the BIP feature.

Please provide the following:

  1. The exact LG U+ Custom Firmware build where AT+QCFG="stk" and AT+QCOTA commands are fully enabled and supported.

  2. The appropriate QFlash tool and flashing guide if there are any specific instructions for this custom firmware.
