I accidentally broke connectors 0 and 1 on the RM520N-GL while attaching antennas to it. For insurance, I need statement from Quectel stating cost of repair or if it cannot be repaired. How do I go about doing this? I e-mailed support but got redirected here to the forums.

Actually, if only one sample, you can try to repair on your side. Or just use other two antennas and check if it work or not.
If send to us, it need more time and money on this.

You can contact with shipping company, I don’t know how much. And it also need to pay customs duty.
Actually, you can contact with your provider and confirm if they can repair it.
What do you mean by provider? Can Quectel repair it? What would be the cost for Quectel to repair? How would I ship to Quectel?

Sorry, it is meaningless that send back to China for repair.
It costs more money and time.
