Registration failing with b2b.static APN in EC25AF

Registration failing with b2b.static APN in EC25AF.
Registration works with normal APN and b2b.tmobile.com…but not working with b2b.static.

Any specific thing i need to do for this apn.
PDPtype setting is "IP’
