We have expirenced some random freezes of the BG95-M3. It happens maybe 1/20 times, but when it freezes the only way is to power cycle it to return to operational state. When we deploy our solution in the field this will completly break our module. When the freeze happens, nothing in the module is responding, At commands sent to the bg95 will not get any answear and not even commands sent from Qnavigator will get any responses . Is this a known issue?
I am sure we give it enough voltage, (we give it a steady 3.8 V).
