R4 470R in Reference Circuit of Power Supply of Quectel EC-25e

Hi,
I’m designing the power supply circuit for EC-25E module.
I wondered what is R4 470R in reference circuit for?
I’m not good at electronics but I think R470 may blown up?
Or what size of the resistor should I select?

This resistor may be added to ensure that the minimum load current (specified in the data sheet for the regulator as 10mA) flows to maintain proper regulation. This value would give you approximately 7mA even when the set output resistors (R2 and R3) are taken into account which is slightly low.
