Quetel evb kit v1.3

i am using quectel evb kit v1.3 it work properly at starting but now it is showing the com port is connected succesfully it is not showing output and also the led D103 is continuously on when it is turned to OFF and when it is turn on it Both LEDs Are off
please help…

  1. Which EVB kit do you mean ? GSM or UMTS&LTE EVB?
  2. Which com port do you connecting with PC?
