Quetel Device not powering on remotely

I have bg-96 device, the device is conneted to the USB of a remote laptop, COM7 of my laptop is connected to my QPST for logging, and COM8 is connected for sending AT commands, after about an hour the Quetel device seems to power off, i see the text “NORMAL POWER DOWN”, after that i unable to power UP the device and its stuck.

in QPST COM7 shows “NO PHONE”, can somebody pls advise how to power UP the device remotely.

sorry , if the normall powerdown is printed ,

we can not remote power on it , since we can not sent AT via serial port anymore

pls power on it by manual , can send

AT+CPSMS? to check the PSM status .
