Quectel USB AT port not found

Hello,

I am new to Quectel LTE module. I am using BG95 Quectel LTE Evaluation board(UMTS/LTE module). In order to support the serial communication, I had to install the USB drivers. So I had installed “Quectel LTE&5G Windows USB_Driver_V2.1” driver. After the installation, I could see Quectel USB DM port, Quectel USB NMEA port but not USB AT port in the device manager. It would be great help if anyone guide me through installation. I have attached the image of device manager section.

Hello,

BG95 doesn’t have AT port and it’s discarded in chipset. For AT communication, you can use Quectel USB Modem port.

hi i have quectet EC21A i want to chane the network band
how it is possible

You can use AT+QCFG=“band” command to change the band.
e.g., configure LTE band 2,4,12
AT+QCFG=“band”,0,80A,0 //80A, 1000 0000 1010 each bit stands for a band index.
For details of this commnad, please kindly refer Quectel AT manual.
