Quectel RG502Q-EA issue with mbn deactivate AT command

Good afternoon,

on a Zyxel NR7101, provided with firmware RG502QEAACR13A04M4G_ZYXEL_01.200.01.200, I am experiencing a weird issue when I send the command AT+QMBNCFG=“Deactivate” I am getting invariably ERROR.

According what I see on the list, none of the MBN files is presently active, nevertheless I should still get OK on the response, is there any sequence of commands I need to follow to get it?

try AT+QMBNCFG=”AutoSel”,0 and after load mbn that you think convenient

AT+QMBNCFG=”select”,”TIM_Italy_Commercial” for example

AT+QCFG=”ims”,1

AT+CFUN=1,1

Astonished. It doesn’t feel right.

no idea, it is strange behaviour, it take some at command and other at commands it give error. Wait here a better help will come

I agree, I was able to use the AT+QMBNCFG=“Delete” , though.

try AT+QMBNCFG=”insert” or “add”, i dont know must reverse “delete” maybe with delete you block use of QMBNCFG command, and must be activated (try AT+QMBNCFG=”activate”)

i dont know, i only knew commands AT+QMBNCFG without adding ‘slot’ module, and overall i dont know what is it. Try to check on AT command doc of quectel site, or something on the web
