Quectel RG255C-GL

Hello,

I have a Quectel RG255C-GL modem. Windows 11 doesn't recognize it and it appears as an unknown USB device with error code 43. Ubuntu 24.04 LTS recognizes the modem, but it won't connect to Vodafone Germany. Does the firmware need to be updated, or are there other settings I need to adjust? Is there a detailed description somewhere of what needs to be done?
