Quectel RG255C-GL 5G Redcap module fails to connect to RaspberryPi

Hello, I am trying to establish 5G connectivity through Quectel RG255C-GL module. It is connected to Raspberrypi via USB. I tried ECM mode setup however i am not able to access internet. So i want to try the QMI Mode setup (as wwan0). However when i try
ls /dev/cdc*
it says that “ls: cannot access ‘/dev/cdc*’: No such file or directory”. Hence i am not able to continue to do this setup and test the internet. However i tried both QMI and ECM mode setup with EC21-E using the same card and it worked pretty well. What could be the reason? From the response, it seems only have option driver, do you install corresponding driver when change the mode?

Change the mode to ECM or MBIM.
Then share details about your connection issues (if any).
