Can you please guide me how solve this kind of issue

Hi,
i have 5 device with MC60 GNSS issue, my GPS signal is weak after used more than 1 year.
my device use passive antena GNSS, i have replace GNSS antena, but the problem not solved.
can you help me ?

Are your GPS signals still weak out in the open?

Yes, but after replace with new device, GNSS signal is good in same place

Can you switch to another MC60 module? so,Check whether the module is abnormal by cross-test

Because if change MC60, the imei has been changed too

You can also swap the antenna of the abnormal device with that of the normal device

I can do that, but GNSS signal still weak

Ohhh, we need to confirm whether the module performance is abnormal, so we need you to replace the new module for debugging
