Quectel M65 how to create DFOTA .pack file

Hello guys,
I am working on Quectel M65 module. I am using opencpu approach. I want your help regarding following topics.
1] how to create FOTA pack file using “Create FOTA pack tool” available in the /tool/x directory.
2] What configuration should i use in the tool
3] How do i get/set Code Flash Base & Code Flash size.
