QUECTEL M35 not working with new SIM

i have a 16sim quectel m35 module machine in which old 4g sims are working but new sim is not working. in sim information it just shows no signal and just 8801 only

Same is happening with all devices i have which are a bit old having quectel m35. Any solution?
