[Quectel_M26] How to get file downloaded by AT+QFDWL

Hi, I want to download file from M26 to my computer,
i using AT+QFDWL, command run successful but i dont know how to get the output file
and what is TA in the description

You can upload the file in M26 to a FTP server,then download the file from server to your PC.

but how about AT+QFDWL and TA in the description, what it mean

AT+QFDWL can be used to download files from memory and It can be displayed in the serial port tool.
TA means “Terminal Adapter”,Such as serial lines.
