Quectel EM160R-GL(AU) not identifying sim phone number

I am running two of the EM160 modules, both in ZBT WE826 routers. One works well, it has a former version of the firmware (EM160RGLAUR0205M4G) and another has the latest firmware but this module cannot identify the phone number that the sim uses, so therefore can’t connect to the carrier. Bothe routers are identical and both sims are the same, only the module firmware is different. I’m considering downgrading the firmware OR maybe there are configuration setting that I can change to correct this problem. Can anyone here offer help in adjusting settings or help me find the previous firmware version. Thank you.
