You can check the full version of current firmware using by running ATI in QCOM. After you provide it, then will give the latest FW.

Could you or anyone else here at the Forum guide me on the upgrade process on a Windows PC?

I can see a “Fail,Get_Platform Fail” error in QFlash V8. QCOM is able to open all the com ports on a modem.
