Quectel EM05-G power off SIM quickly upon startup and failed to connect

My EM05-G starts up and quickly powers off the SIM. AT-ICCID and CPIN? returns error. Could you help? Thanks!

  1. Please help confirm whether the SIM card is working properly on other devices;
  2. Please try to put paper or other items in the card holder to ensure that the SIM card and the card holder are connected properly;

Thank you for your reply. The module is working fine now. I think somehow, it was using its internal eSIM rather than my SIM card. Now it seems to be using my SIM card.
