Network is not getting registered what i need to do?

is this module support jio network?

Dear Inayath,
Thanks got your inquiry in Quectel forum.
About your issue, it is better to confirm the following information:

  1. EG91NA module support LTE FDD B2/B4/B5/B12/B13 and WCDMA B2/B4/B5, it is better to check the Jio network support which band.
  2. please check whether the SIM card is ok, you can use cell phone to confirm whether the SIM card can work normally.
3.Please use AT+QENG=“neighbourcell” to check whether the network is ok.
    Thanks!

Hi Kyson,
When I am using AT+QENG=“neighbourcell” i am getting ERROR

Dear Kyson,

  1. JIO4G network supports BAND 5 LTE FDD (850 Mhz), BAND 3 LTE FDD (1800 Mhz), BAND 40 LTE TDD (2300 Mhz) and BAND 41 LTE TDD (2500 Mhz).

2.SIM card verified in cell phone, we did internet browsing and it is working. Also verified that it is receiving messages when we sent sms from our mobile (because we have a SIM card with data plan only).
Please suggest further.

If that, please try to use AT+QENG=“SERVINGCELL” to check the network information.

Please confirm whether the SIM card you used just support LTE, and you can fix the module network search mode configuration to have a try with AT+QCFG=“NWSCANMODE”,3,1. Then please double check whether the APN you set is correct. Thanks!

I am facing below error
root@imx6dlsabresd:/etc/ppp/peers# busybox microcom /dev/ttyUSB2

Sim supports LTE and i am able to browse using Mobile

please check whether you use the right character input method, must use english input method. And the module can support the commands send to you, it should not return error. Thanks!

WIll EG95 supports connman?

What do you mean about “connman” ? Which function do you want to to use? Could you help to provide more information about your requirement ? Thanks!

To manage internet connections

you can check this link
https://embexus.com/tag/connman/

I have checked the link, as far as i know the connman is configured in Embeded Linux not module. If huawei module can support it, our module also can support it. Thanks!

i want quectel-CM to wwan where can i download it?

Please email to support@quectel.com to get it. Thanks!
