I would like to ask what is the maximum file size (e.g. jpg) that I can send via MMS in the EG25-G module? Do I have to place such a file in RAM before sending it?

The corresponding attachment needs to be transferred to RAM, UFS or SD file before sending. You can use the corresponding command to query the RAM storage space. Because pictures are sent as attachments.
