Hello,
We’re using the quectel EG25-G in one of our products and are
experiencing some challenges using it, we succesfully connect to the
network +CREG: 1 5, +CEREG: 1 5 and +CGREG: 1 5 but when trying to
negociate a PPP session we’re getting an error “NO CARRIER”.
I constantly poll for the error with AT+CEER and I am receiving the
following ones: Before PPP negociation
+CEER: 5,26 // PS LTE cause => insufficient resources
During PPP negociation +CEER: 6,259 // PS LTE local cause => EMM
attach failed And after failed PPP negociation
+CEER: 4,26 // PS network cause => insufficient resources
Please let us know what those error messages mean and if there is a
firmware we need to update the modems to.
