Quectel ECU200-EU windows driver required for ECM

Hello,
I have purchased Quectel ECU200-EU GSM modem and i would like to test AT commands using uart. I am using USB to mini PCIE adapter and I am unable to download ECU200T.zip from official website for the driver. Now i need windows driver for the modem so that i can test it. Please send a working link for the driver.
