Hello, We have a Quectel EC25 which is for Europe. But we only use the GPS functionality. Now the unit was sent to Japan for testing, there is no GPS signal. Any ideas?

Just as you have said that if you just use GPS function without cellular network, it is no matter to use EC25 Japan version or not.
About your issue, please double check whether the module have connect the GPS antenna normally, and check whether the module have power on GPS or not. It is better to check the NMEA log to confirm whether the module have search any satellite. Thanks!
