I have a Teltonika RUT240 that was just updated over the weekend to the latest available modem FW from the Teltonika interface EC25AFAR05A07M4G and upon updating, the device no longer connects to the cellular network. Can I please have firmware EC25EFAR02A08M4G to see if I am able to upgrade and fix? It previously had EC25AFAR05A04M4G so if I can get that too that would be great. So far support hasn’t figured out the issue, they are telling me to downgrade their firmware but all it’s doing is affecting the Teltonika firmware not the internal modem firmware.
