Quectel EC21 driver compatibility

Hi, I recently acquired an EC21-A chip that came on a small separate motherboard with an additional 16 slot SIM module.

I’m having a hard time my PC does not seem to recognise it and I’m wondering if this is a compatibility issue. or firmware?

Does anyone know if there is a compatible driver for windows 10 and above?

Could you forward it to me?

Could you show the device manager, whether there is an unknown device?
