Quectel EC20F LTE bands

Hello,

I bought ec20f modem recently and it seems to not support LTE bands 7 and 20 . I setup bands with command at+qcfg=“band”,93,800c5,35,1 then set only LTE with at+qcfg=“nwscanmode”,3 . The command at+qeng=“neighbourcell” showing only bands 1,3,8 .
The firmware version EC20CEFAR02A04M4G .

Btw when tried to change entires in bands im getting below output.

at+qcfg=“band”,93,800105,0,1
+CME ERROR: 3

Thanks for your inquiry in Quectel forum.
Please note that EC20CEFA module is used for domestic marketing in China, and it just can support the following bands, cannot support B7 and B20. Thanks!

If you want to use BAND 7 and BAND 20, you can try EC25 module, the following is the spec of EC25, please check. Thanks!

You can use the following command AT+QPRTPARA=3 to have a try. if it cannot restore, you also can reset the band with command AT+QCFG=“BAND”,493,1e000000085,21. Thanks!

I decided to get EC25-E modem.

Can you please send me up-to-date AT command manual + engineering mode + server mode ?

at+qcops=?
+QCOPS: (0-7),(0,1),(0,1),(1-5)

What are these 4 fileds mean ?
