Quectel EC200U module QMTOPEN command response issue

+QMTOPEN gives response as network connect error while the network is available. Because google ping gives response.
I am not getting how to remove this error.

Use QPING to test whether the network is still connected

I have perform the PING AT Command. It is running. I am shaing my logs.
But +QMTOPEN error is still same.
