Quectel ec200-ea not able to backup qcn and need latest firmare update

My module not able to backup QCN via QFIL is there any method to do it?.
Version: EC200AEUHAR01A13M16

I need latest firmware and tools to update the firmware file

Hi, I have received the file you sent. How to update it via QFLASH? i try to load the firmware but nothing happens. Is there any specific method to flash/update?

I own quectel rm502q & rm520n-gl upgrading firmware is easy, is there any specific method for ec200ae ?

I already updated the firmware you provide. Unfortunately, on the QPST there is still remark (no phone connected) I’m not able to backup and restore qcn/qxcn . I don’t find any solution now
