Could you tell me, if it is possible to get/download the newest version of firmware for BG96 Quectel module?Current version of firmware on my module is BG96MAR03A06M1G.

You can use Qflash update the firmware.
Since the attachment is too large, I will share it with you via OneDriver. Instruction manuals are also included.
