I have a Quectel 520N-GL, I want to do some diagnostic testing with bands without carrier aggregation, I can’t seem to find any AT commands to disable carrier aggregation, is there a command I am just overlooking? I have also searched for other threads created and have not seen any that have the answer. I just want to disable carrier aggregation in general.

We didn’t have AT command to disable CA, only disable SA or NSA. I had share the latest document to you via Message, please check.
