QuecPython for BG95M3 LA

Hello I have 2 Dev Boards with Quectel BG95M3 LA

Versions:

AT+QGMR
BG95M3LAR02A03_A0.301.A0.301
And
BG95M3LAR02A03_01.200.01.200

I tried to upgrade/reflash witch QFlash (6.1/7.4/7.5) and I have the same error: “FAIL, DL_FIREHOSE, TIME OUT!”

I tried all firmwares for BG95M3 and all baudrate speed.

I dont know whats happening, the modules change to 9008 but i cant flash with QuecPython.
Please I need the correct firmware QuecPython for my project, and the last version firmware of AT for my boards.
