Hi,
I’m having an issue with the QPYcom software. Whenever I try to open any external folder—for example, using the Choose FW option or One-Click Import—the program crashes.
In the application error log, the following message appears:

I would appreciate any quick feedback to help resolve this issue. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, as well as resetting it, but nothing has worked so far.
My operating system is Windows 11.
