I have been trying to flash an image in to M66 FA module using
QMulti_DL_CMD_V2.8 tool and while flashing getting an error.
echo FAIL, ERR_3039_S_DA_INVALID_RANGE-(0x001670EF)
can anyone give a quick reply.

Burn your firmware using qflash first, and check whether your firmware and the module are compatible.
Then test it with the QMulti_DL_CMD_V2.8 tool. This is an exception to the module boot program while burning
