Ql_SOC_SetOption poorly described

Hello.
Please explain what the function Ql_SOC_SetOption() does?
What kind of parameters does it accept and what does it configure?

In the file “ql_socket.h” says that the function Ql_SOC_SetOption() allows to configure socket options. But it is not clear which options can be configured and what values. Give please an example of using this function.
