QHTTPGET request return error 714

I am trying to get some attributes from server through HTTPGET request using EC25 Module. I am trying examples from the ‘HTTP(S)_AT_COMMAND_MANUALV1.0.PDF’. I am using Ubuntu OS and trying the commands through putty.The command log looks like as shown in the image.

The issue got resolved. I didnt have data service on on my simcard.
